Warm-up: practice putting information into Citation Machine.  Follow these steps: 

1. Go to Citation Machine linked here and on the Research page. 
2. Click MLA
3. Choose the correct source on the left side menu at Citation Machine.
4. Put the following sample information into the required fields, based on the source info below.
   1. source: Internet article/web document
   2. author: Jackson Potter
   3. title: Forensic Scientists Cleaning up Crime
   4. website: http://MiamiHerald.com
   5. organization: Miami Herald
   6. published date: April 23, 2007
   7. date accessed: today's date
   8. click submit
   9. copy the correct citation onto an index card or piece of paper; show it to Mr. Barnes for credit
